Symptom

When retrieving PAM Logs after a PAM ID run, the system fails with the following error:

  • Failed to get response: Forbidden on request
  • Message: No authorization to access service group 'RSAU_LOG_API'

The system is unable to retrieve the finished logs and generates a fallback;
