Symptom

An error message is appearing when trying to send an offer letter with e-Signature for candidates: "Unable to send out the document for eSignature. Error occurred while creating the eSignature offer."

Cause

The email subject for the Offer Letter exceeding the character limit.

Resolution

The email subject has a character count limitation, so ensure it's less than 50 characters to better fit the DocuSign's envelope and ensure the email is properly sent.
