3796123 - KI235 error posting FSD from SAP TM - stock PO has no cost center

• When posting a Freight Settlement Document (FSD) from SAP Transportation Management to SAP S/4HANA, the posting fails with error KI235:
    "Account &1 requires an account assignment relevant to cost accounting"
• The Service Entry Sheet (SES) is not created in the receiving S/4HANA system
• In sidecar TM setups, the FSD remains in "Posting Started" or "Transferred for Accruals" status
• Error is visible in transaction SRT_MONI on the S/4HANA side under interface TransportationOrderSUITEInvoicingPreparationRequest_In
• The originating Purchasing Document referenced in the FSD is a stock PO (column "A" is blank at item level in ME23N — no account assignment)
