3796124 - SUM: Error when exporting SPDD TR in SUM upgrade due to TABU entry

Symptom

  • You are running a SUM (Software Update Manager) upgrade. 
  • There is an error when exporting the SPDD transport.
  • The error points to a table which does not exist.
  • The SPDD transport contains at least one TABU (table content) entry for this table.
  • If SPDD TR (Transport Request) does contain a TABU entry, you might encounter errors such as in phase UEXP_SPDD_SAV stating the table does not yet exist: 
    • 3 ETW678Xstart export of "R3TRTABUEDOACTIONSTEP" ...
      4 ETW000  [     dev trc,00000]  <timestamp>
      4 ETW000  [     dev trc,00000]  e: OCIStmtExecute() failed with -1=OCI_ERROR, SQL error 942:
