Starting September 8, 2026, customers may observe that Joule transactional capabilities do not work as expected if SAP Build Work Zone has not been configured.
Customers may experience behavior such as:
- Transactional prompts in Joule do not return the expected result.
- Users receive an access or authorization-related error.
- Joule is available, but transactional capabilities cannot be executed.
- Navigational capabilities continue to work, while transactional capabilities are unavailable.
