3796157 - Goal Plan – Alert/Suggestion Button Cannot Be Activated via Keyboard or Screen Reader

• On the Goal Plan page, the Alert/Suggestion icon buttons are focusable via screen reader navigation (Tab key) but cannot be activated using keyboard shortcuts (Enter or Space).
• When focus lands on the button, the screen reader announces "Suggestion for Simplicity button", however the button does not respond to activation and the suggestion text is not read out.

 SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals

1. Go to the Goal Plan page.
2. Navigate to the Alert/Suggestion button using the keyboard (Tab) or screen reader navigation.
3. Observe the announcement when focus lands on the button.
4. Press Enter or Space to activate the button and observe that it does not activate and the suggestion text is not read out.

This is a Known Issue.
An issue in the ui5-icon webcomponents component causes the Suggestion/Alert icon button to be non-operable via keyboard or screen reader activation. The button receives focus and is announced correctly but the activation event is not triggered, preventing interaction and content announcement.

A fix has been implemented in trunk for the ui5-icon webcomponents component.
