3796205 - FPY1: F4 search help for run id does not return entries for a selected Date

• In transaction FPY1, the F4 search help for the Run ID field does not work properly.
• The F4 help does not return entries for the selected Date (e.g. 01.01.2000) even though template runs with that Date exist.
