3796336 - Error Occurs While Trying to set the Execution Status (Source) to Set to checked out for Road Freight Order

Error occurs while trying to set the Execution Status (Source) to Set to checked out for Road Freight Order. 

Errors:

Loading End for Item for item Product XXX is not possible. Warehouse processing status must be "Completed".
Action has not been processed successfully because of failed validations
Checkout at stop YY not reported, as reporting of a preceding event failed.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the Manage Freight Orders app
2. Open an affected Freight Order and choose Edit
3. Select the relevant item and navigate to Stages
4. Choose Execution Status (Source) > Set to checked out
5. Observe the errors and that Warehouse Processing Status remains “In Process”

The loading stage looks incomplete and after you perform the necessary actions, you should be able to perform the Execution Status (Source) to Set to checked out for Road Freight Order. 

Kindly perform the following actions and later you should be able to perform the Execution Status (Source) to Set to checked out for Road Freight Order.  

Stages -> Execution Status (Source) > Set to Arrived  => Completed
Stages -> Execution Status (Source) > Set to Checked In => Completed

Loading - In this step, you process loading activities in the warehouse:

1. Load or Unload Freight Orders app 
2. Enter Freight Order ID - Edit 
3. choose Door Assignment > Assign Door 
4. On the Assign Door screen, make the following entries:
5. Loading/Unloading Point: <your loading point>
6. Warehouse Door: <your warehouse door>
7. Choose OK

Arrive at Door: 
Select the level of the stop and then choose Warehouse Door Status > Set to Arrived at Door .
Choose Save.

Perform Loading: 
Select the loading stop and then choose Execution Status > Set Items to Loaded .
Choose Save.

Set Stop to Load-ing Finished (Op-tional:
Select the loading stop and then choose Execution Status > Set Stop to Loading Completed .
Choose Save.

Departure from Door
Select the loading stop and then choose Warehouse Door Status Set to Departed from Door .
Choose Sa

Set Truck Checked Out and Departed at Shipping Point Location: 

1. Go to Monitor Execution - Freight Orders app - Edit - Go to Stages 
2. In the Stages table, select the Stage checkbox
3. Choose Execution Status (Source) > Set to Checked Out 
4. Choose Execution Status (Source) > Set to Departed 
5. Save 

Later you can post the goods issue and confirm Freight Costs for Accrual Postings.
