3796347 - Time Zone in Downloaded Excel File from a Case Is Displayed in UTC

Symptom

  • When cases are exported to an Excel file from the Case Worklist, the date and time fields in the downloaded file are displayed in UTC.
  • The time zone maintained in the user profile or system settings may be different, for example, (IST). However, the exported Excel file still displays the time values in UTC.
