3796368 - Unable to access CMC and BI Launchpad HTTPS URL after upgrade

Symptom

After upgrading SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence (BI) platform from BI 4.3 to BI 2025 Patch 1 & above:

  • Both Central Management Console (CMC) and BI Launchpad fail to run with error "This site can't be reached".
  • The issue is seen only with HTTPS URL .
