3796385 - NLS DBCO TLS handshake failure after BW kernel upgrade -SAP IQ

Symptom

  • After upgrading the kernel on the BW side, NLS DBCO connections to SAP IQ fail.
  • Error: "ERROR Database connection XXX: SQL error 829- [IQ Error SQL-829:08S01][SAP][ODBC Driver][SAP IQ]TLS handshake failure"
  • In work process trace, failures show "Connection 0 failed using DRIVER={SQL Anywhere 12} ... TLS handshake failure".
