3796401 - Realm decommissioning and uncoupling an integrated realm: How to plan and receive support during this transition period

In some circumstances where there are expiring entitlements, customer realms will be decommissioned and a realm previously integrated between buyer or sourcing may no longer be integrated. In these cases, there will be outstanding requirements to transition data or deal with in-flight documents which require integration to be functional.
