Symptom

  • Direct connection from SAP Analytics Cloud to Datasphere fails when retrieving space information.
  • Error message: {"error":"Unable to get the credentials via DWaaS-Core: Unable to get space information from Datasphere with direct connection: Request failed while retrieving space information for Direct connection"}
  • Authentication to the Datasphere tenant succeeds; login is possible, but the connection cannot fetch space details.
