3796407 - Signavio Integration: Subscriptions not added in LeanIX

Symptom

  • During sync, subscriptions aren't added to the corresponding fact sheets in LeanIX.
  • Sync log shows the warning: “Email user:{{'userEmail’}}was not found”.
  • Subscriptions are created only when a LeanIX user with the same email address exists.
