3796449 - Can error 18213 be avoided and can multiple actions set for the same resource limit - SAP ASE

• There is a need to limit access to resources in ASE using sp_add_resource_limit
• Want to add multiple actions for the same resource limit
• Error 18213 is raised when adding a second action for the same resource limit:
  
  Msg 18213, Level 16, State 1:
  Server 'ASE', Procedure 'sp_add_resource_limit', Line 675:
  This user/application can have only one limit for each distinct combination of time range, limit type, enforcement time and scope.
