3796450 - DRC Argentina Statutory Reporting - Journal Ledger continuation page numbering resets to 1 for subsequent periods

Symptom

When generating the Argentina Journal Ledger report using the Run Statutory Reports app (F1515), the page numbering restarts from 1 in the second and subsequent periods instead of continuing the sequence from the previous period.

For example: July 2026 generates correctly starting at page 2001 (as configured via the migration parameters). When August 2026 is generated, the report restarts at page 1 instead of continuing from July's last page.

The report generates successfully (status: Generated Successfully) and contains the correct transactional data. Only the page numbering is incorrect.
