3796453 - Employee ID is not displayed in profile preview header

Some users cannot see the Employee ID value next to the employee name under the employee photo in the profile header (profile preview).
However, the Employee ID displays as expected for users with admin permissions.

1. Proxy as a standard user and open any employee's People Profile (profile preview);
2. Observe that the employee ID is not displayed next to the employee name under the photo;
3. Proxy as a user with admin permissions and open an employee’s People Profile;
4. Observe that the employee ID is displayed as expected.

This is a permission issue.

1. Use User Role Search to compare permissions between an affected user and a user who can see the employee ID;
2. Identify that the affected user’s role lacks the required permission for the profile preview header;
3. Grant the permission: Account Data > Login Name (View) to the role assigned to affected user;
4. Re-test in People Profile (profile preview) to confirm the employee id now appears next to the employee name.
