As part of our standard security and maintenance practices, we will be renewing the ns2cloud.com digital certificate.

For the vast majority of customers, this renewal will be seamless and no action is required.

Most modern browsers, operating systems, and standard trust stores automatically recognize certificates signed by trusted certificate authorities. Because our renewed certificate is signed by DigiCert, customers who rely on standard certificate authority trust chains should experience no interruption and do not need to make any changes.

When action is required
Action is only required if your organization has implemented certificate pinning or otherwise manually configured your environment to trust only a specific certificate installed in your keystore or trust store.

You may need to update your environment if:
•    Your systems are configured to trust a specific pinned certificate rather than the broader DigiCert certificate authority chain
•    You maintain a custom keystore or trust store
•    Your applications, middleware, proxies, or integration components require manual certificate management
•    Your security controls are set to trust only certificates that have been explicitly imported into your environment
