3796501 - Mapped attributes tab stuck on loading page when mapping attributes to a role in manage job profile content

In Manage Job Profile Content, when setting up families and roles and opening Map attributes for a role, the page gets stuck on a loading screen.

1. Go to Manage Job Profile Content.
2. Set up Families and Roles.
3. Open a Role and select Mapped attributes tab
4. Attempt to Map attributes; the page remains on a loading screen.

No custom attribute types or custom attributes maintained in Talent Intelligence Hub (TIH). As a result, the Mapped attributes tab loads without content and appears to be stuck.

1. In Talent Intelligence Hub (TIH), create at least one custom attribute type and one or more custom attributes.
2. Return to Manage Job Profile Content > Role > Mapped attributes and try again; the tab should load and allow mapping.
3. If the intent is to map competencies (rather than custom attributes), use the Mapped competencies tab under the Role in Manage Job Profile Content.
4. Ensure the JPB (old-to-new) sync job has been completed before mapping attributes to roles.
