3796517 - OpenText still appears in the SuccessFactors Home Page dropdown

Symptom

  • The configuration for the "OpenText" link was removed in Configure Custom Navigation, but it still appears in the home page dropdown.
  • The OpenText integration was completely disabled, and the related permissions were removed, but "OpenText" remains visible in the dropdown.
  • When clicking "OpenText" from the Home Page dropdown menu, the system redirects to a URL containing "/customExternalModule"
