3796524 - SellerTaxRegistrationNumber not updated on change requisition after import of updated supplier tax registration numbers

After updating a supplier's tax registration number using the Import Supplier Tax Registration Numbers task, the updated value is not reflected on the SellerTaxRegistrationNumber field on requisition line items when a change version of an existing requisition is created.

The change requisition continues to carry the old SellerTaxRegistrationNumber value from the original approved version, even though the master data has since been updated.
