Symptom

  • Customers using Joule for workflow approvals observe a difference between workflow actions available in the SuccessFactors UI and those available through Joule.
  • Customers may expect all workflow actions available in the SuccessFactors to also be available in Joule and inquire about support, future availability, or delivery timelines.
  • In Joule, approvers can approve MDF workflow requests but the options “Send Back” and “Update Workflow” are not available.
  • No error message is shown; the actions simply do not appear in Joule.
