3797045 - Early number assignment not applied when creating quality notifications via defect recording in QE51N and QE01

Symptom

  • Early Number Assignment (Early No. Alloc.) is enabled for the notification type.
  • In transaction QM01, the notification number is assigned before save.
  • When creating a notification from defect recording in T-code QE51N or QE01, the notification number is only assigned after saving.
