3797053 - Journal Entry Links in Fiori app F0717A- "Manage Journal Entries-New" does not work correctly

Symptom

When the links from app "Manage Journal Entries-New Version" are selected by selecting a Journal Entry number to applications like "Cancel Billing Document", the landing page is different/incorrect. Thus navigation to the required app from Manage Journal Entries-New Version is not possible.
