3797072 - Quality Management workflow items not shown in Fiori APP My Inbox

Symptom

A workflow work item is correctly triggered and is visible in the SAP backend via T-code SBWP (Business Workplace inbox).
However, the same work item does not appear in the Fiori App F0862 – My Inbox.

No error message is displayed to the end user. The inbox simply appears empty or the specific item is absent.
