Symptom

  • HTTP 500 error occurs during the TRANSMIT_TO_PA_F2 step in the DRC Monitor when processing a France domestic customer invoice via the Approved Platform in SAP DRC Cloud Edition.
  • Error text observed: Error occurred during the TRANSMIT_TO_PA_F2 step; HTTP operation failed invoking https://dcs-eu-peppol-cf-cust-eu02.cfapps.eu.hana.ondemand.com/api/v1/int/commonApiRequestRouter with statusCode:500
  • The invoice remains in error status and is not transmitted to the Peppol Access Point (PA).
