3. Observe that no entry is returned.
4. Open the Maintain Business Roles app and review relevant consolidation business roles.
5. Observe IAM apps F8967_TRAN and F8967_03_TRAN are present with Active = false.

The 2608 What’s New content incorrectly states that upgrade customers must activate the feature FINCS_MD_HIERARCHICAL_CONS_GRP. With CE2608 HFC03, this feature was set to General Rollout, so it no longer appears in Activate Features. App availability is controlled via IAM authorizations.
