• The pricing condition type used has the “Qty conversion” indicator activated, which requires the sales quantity unit and the condition quantity unit to be convertible.
• No unit of measure conversion is maintained between Unit1 and Unit2 in the material master, so the system cannot convert the quantity and the condition becomes inactive, leading to a zero price.

1. Access the system and navigate to the app "Change Material" (MM02).
2. Enter the target material.
3. Follow the path: Change Material->Sales: sales org.1-> Addition Data->Unit of Measure.
4. Maintain the related quantity conversion for Unit1 and Unit2 in the app "Change Material".
