3797193 - Cost Center couldn't be changed during simulation of T-code F-92

Symptom

In S4 HANA system, when doing retirement by T-code F-92, it is not possible to change the account assignment objects like cost center in simulation step through clicking button "Addi.Acct Assignment Line Item"(not editable/grey), which can be done in ECC system.
