3797223 - In the Latest Form Experience section descriptions are collapsed by Default

• In the Latest Performance UI, when a performance form is launched to a user all form sections cannot be expanded.

• SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals

1. Launch a performance form to a user in the new Performance UI.
2. Open the form and attempt to expand all form sections (for example, use “Expand all”).
3. Observe that section descriptions are not expanded.

In the latest experience, section descriptions are collapsed by default when a user opens a form for the first time. Their choices to expand or collapse are remembered in their browser.

You can change the default state to expanded by selecting Expand Form Section Descriptions on First Opening in the Form Template Settings admin tool.

Note:

• This setting applies to both existing and new forms.

• This setting only applies to sections in the main form view. It doesn't affect sections displayed in the side panel under the General Information group; in the side panel, section descriptions are always collapsed by default.
