3797225 - CSV import is failed due to error "Parsing error: Incorrect hexadecimal value for <column name> field "

You exported some table contents by using a SELECT statement and redirecting the output to some file (e.g. /tmp/EXPORT.csv ). 
Howover, it is failed to be imported and following error was raised.

Parsing error: Incorrect hexadecimal value for <column A > field
