3797311 - KZZ2 overhead rates show "Data saved successfully" but entries disappear after saving due to data inconsistency

Symptom

  • In transaction KZZ2 (Define Percentage Overhead Rates) or S_ALR_87008275, user enters percentage overhead rates and saves.
  • The system displays a success message (e.g. "Data saved successfully") with no error or warning but when KZZ2 is reopened, the entered rates are not updated.
