3797342 - The Integration Center job validation has failed. Verify that the job name configured in Integration Center is correct and try again.

When trying to schedule refresh via Instance Refresh Tool and selecting "Employee Sync Through Integration Center Job" option in "Configure User or Employee Sync Between SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite and SAP SuccessFactors Learning.", the job is not validated with below error: "The Integration Center job validation has failed. Verify that the job name configured in Integration Center is correct and try again."

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Core

1. Log in to the source instance.
2. Open Instance Refresh Center.
3. Configure a refresh to the target instance and proceed to validation of the employee sync job through Integration Center
4. Notice the validation fails and the error appears

Validation rules are not being met

1. Ensure the Integration Center job is configured in the target instance and the name of the job from the target instance is inputted when creating the IRT request. 
2. Ensure the below configurations are in place: 
   • Source Operation Should be COAPI
   • Destination File Name Should Contain user_data
   • Starting/MainEntity Should be USER
