3797401 - Calculated dimensions not exported when opening a story in Excel - SAC Excel Add-in

When using Open in Excel add-in from a story table, the calculated columns/rows from the story are not exported to the excel add-in.

SAP Analytics Cloud, add-in for Microsoft Office

1. Open a story that is enabled for Open in Excel add-in.
2. Set the story variables as needed (for example, profit center, company code, ...).
3. Run the story.
4. From the table’s overflow menu (three dots), choose Open in Excel add-in.
5. Open the downloaded Excel file and sign in to SAC Excel Add-in.
6. Observe that the story’s calculated columns/rows are not present in the Excel add-in.

Current product limitation: calculated columns/rows defined in a story are not supported for export/open in the SAP Analytics Cloud add-in for Office.

1. Acknowledge that calculated columns/rows created in stories are not currently supported in the SAP Analytics Cloud add-in for Office; this is working as designed.
