3797466 - Select process flows in Update process flows for Onboarding and Offboarding is not visible - Onboarding

• Unable to select process flows for Onboarding and Offboarding in the Update process flows for Onboarding and Offboarding
• Only the service user can be selected from the Select Service User dropdown menu
• No error message is displayed

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Go to Admin Center and open Update Process Flows for Onboarding and Offboarding.
2. Observe that no process flows are available to select.
3. Only the Select Service User dropdown is available.

Offboarding is not enabled.

This is working per system design. If Offboarding is not enabled, there will be no selectable option.

1. Check whether Offboarding is enabled in the system (Onboarding backend).
2. If Offboarding is disabled and only Onboarding requires changes, proceed without selecting process flows: use the "Update" button on the page to update the Onboarding process flow.
3. If selecting a process flow is required, enable Offboarding and then return to Update Process Flows for Onboarding and Offboarding to select the desired process flow.
