3797494 - CCM Work item text update

In SAP Process Control, the Remediate Exception / CCM work item is created successfully, but the work item text displays only the generic task name:

Remediate Exception: Automated Monitoring

The expected contextual information, such as the Issue Details, Issue Name, Business Rule/Connector information, or Organization Name, is not included in the work item text.

As a result, users may have difficulty identifying the correct CCM task directly from the Work Inbox.

The issue can occur even though:

• The CCM deficiency is generated successfully.
• The CCM job executes successfully.
• The corresponding work item is generated.
• The relevant SAP Note has been implemented.
• The work item can be processed normally, but its subject/text does not contain the expected object-specific information.
