3797513 - Increasing 403007 error iOS1 Gigya Logout

Symptom

- Some logout requests to the endpoint are failing with an application error while others succeed; users may appear unable to log out in the mobile apps.
- Error code and message: 403007 – Permission denied. Detailed message: "Invalid namespace 'accounts' or method 'logout' or you do not have the required permissions to call it."
- Affected platforms: iOS and Android.
- Endpoint and domain involved: accounts.logout via custom domain accounts.ihg.com.
- Observed timeframe: 08/22/2026 11:00 PM EST – 08/23/2026 08:00 PM EST.
- Note: 403007 is a Gigya application error code and should not automatically be interpreted as the HTTP response status.
