3797541 - Delivery Items not Displayed When “Choose delivery items to be billed and select quantities” is Enabled in Create Billing Documents App

When using the Create Billing Documents app with the option “Choose delivery items to be billed and select quantities” enabled, not all items from the selected outbound deliveries are displayed. For example, only the delivery item with item category TAN is displayed, while items with other item categories are not displayed.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the Create Billing Documents app
2. Select the relevant Outbound Deliveries
3. Enable “Choose delivery items to be billed and select quantities” in Billing Settings
4. Review the delivery items displayed
5. Observe that only the TAN item is displayed, while other item categories are not listed

The Create Billing Documents Fiori app currently supports partial billing only for delivery items with item category TAN. Other item categories are therefore not displayed in the item-selection popup.

As per the standard system behaviour, the partial-billing scenario involving multiple item categories is currently not supported in the Create Billing Documents Fiori app. 

For scenario where a delivery contains both a partially billable item and a non-partial-billing-relevant item, use VF02, which supports broader partial-billing scenarios and allows both item categories to be included in the billing document.
