3797557 - Payment Service Provider field is blank in Manage Bank Accounts app - S/4 HANA Cloud Public Edition

Symptom

Although configuration for SAP Digital Payments Add-on has been executed, when trying to assign a Payment Service Provider (PSP) into a Bank Account on your S/4 HANA Cloud Public Edition system, it is not available for selection on the field value help.
