3797565 - F4006 upload: error "valuation type defined for material … valuation category not found" due to valuation type leading zeros lost during excel upload

• Uploading inventory prices for split-valuated materials in the Upload Material Inventory Prices app (F4006) fails when a valuation type is provided.
• Error message: “Valuation Type defined for material XXXX but Valuation Category not found.”  when using the upload functionality updating via MR21 works.
