3797566 - PPF action /SCWM/FDO_MSG_SEND goes to dump during processing

Symptom

After creating Outbound delivery (FDO) for EWM Outbound delivery order (PDO), message is not sent to ERP side. The PPF action to send messages to ERP is in yellow status and below dump is received when manually processing. You also notice Reference Document tab is empty for FDO.
