Translations not working for German and Spanish in Manage Pending Hires page for 'Last Modified By' and 'Last Modified On' columns.

1. Change the language to German or Spanish.
2. Go to Manage Pending Hires.
3. Check the columns 'Last Modified By' and 'Last Modified On' and observe the labels are not shown with the maintained translations.
