3797633 - local approuter run generates http redirect_uri rejected by xsuaa; restart dev space to fix, business application studio

• Local approuter authentication fails during OAuth2 authorize; XSUAA rejects redirect_uri.
• The redirect_uri is constructed with the http scheme instead of https (only localhost is exempt from the https requirement).
• App router log shows x-forwarded-path header is undefined; the resulting http://…/login/callback does not match the registered https pattern.
• Issue occurs when running locally in business application studio; application code and approuter version remain unchanged.
