Symptom

Look for a way to migrate the historical billed revenue without the recreation of the historical posting and billing documents during the migration of a partially billed ongoing Fixed Price project.

Environment

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Attempt to migrate an ongoing Fixed Price project that is partially billed from the legacy system to the SAP S/4HANA Cloud system.
  2. Verify whether there is a way to migrate the historical billed revenue directly.

Cause

Event-Based Revenue Recognition itself does not provide any migration tools.

Resolution
