3797730 - In fiori My Inbox app user is unable to complete quality notification assigned task

Symptom

The workflow task related to a quality notification is successfully assigned to the respective user and it is visible in the 'My Inbox' fiori application (F0862). However, the user is unable to complete the assigned task.

  • When the user clicks the Complete button, no action is performed, and the task remains in the inbox.
  • When the user clicks the Approved or Rejected option, the approval is also not processed, and the workflow does not proceed to the next step.
