3797813 - Warning "Would you like to disable the automatic undeployment of database artifacts when deploying the bound database module" is raised when binding hdi container

When you bind the hdi container in the project explorer from BAS, following warning appears: 

Would you like to disable the automatic undeployment of database artifacts when deploying the bound database module?
If automatic undeployment is disabled, database artifacts that are missing due to differences between the database and the files in the project workspace will not be undeployed automatically.
Note! With auto-undeployment disabled, missing artifacts can only be undeployed if they are included in an allow list defined in an undeploy.json file in the module’s root directory.
