3797830 - [Integration Suite] Specific emails are not polled intermittently by Mail sender adapter

Integration flow with Mail adapter is not picking or polling some emails intermittently from a specific email address. The interface is scheduled to poll emails from Outlook, but affected emails are not picked up.

Multiple successful runs are visible in monitoring while the affected emails remain unprocessed.
