3797867 - Proxy banner not visible on Program page during proxy session in LMS

Symptom

While proxying an user in LMS, the proxy banner information is not available while Opening a Program page.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Proxy a user in LMS.
  2. Confirm the banner at the top displays: “You are acting as a proxy for the user”.
  3. Open any assigned Program in Learning.
  4. Observe the banner is not displayed on the Program page.

Cause

This issue is identified as a defect.

Resolution

The issue has been fixed by Engineering and is scheduled for delivery in the 2H2026 release (planned for October/November).
