1. Settle a treasury financial transaction.
2. Run TBB1 (Fix and Post) for the settled transaction.
3. Observe that no payment request is created and that the payment has no G/L account for the PR Request Clearing account.

Payment Request Integration (scope item 3NA with communication scenario SAP_COM_0442) is active, so TBB1/TBB1_PAY creates the payment request in a central financial accounting system, leaving the local payment request key in the source system blank.

1. Confirm whether scope item 3NA (Treasury Payment Request Integration) is intentionally in use and that communication scenario SAP_COM_0442 is active.

3. 1. Acknowledge that the Payment Request Key in the source system payment log is expected to remain blank because the payment request is created and processed in the Central Financial Accounting system.
4. 2. Ensure the full 3NA setup is complete: scope activation, communication system, endpoints, authentication, monitoring, and receiving-side processing in the central system.
