Symptom
- Users need to separate inbound deliveries by receiving plant when multiple plants are assigned to a single warehouse.
- In the Manage Inbound Deliveries – Warehouse (F7922) app, there is no way to filter or distinguish inbound deliveries by receiving plant.
- The “Consignee” field/column displays supplier information in the app.
Environment
SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
Reproducing the Issue
- Open the Manage Inbound Deliveries – Warehouse (F7922) app.
- Apply a filter on Warehouse Number.
- Apply a filter on Planned Delivery Date.
- Observe that inbound deliveries for different receiving plants under the same warehouse cannot be distinguished or filtered by receiving plant, and that the “Consignee” field shows supplier information.
Cause
- By design, the “Consignee” field in Manage Inbound Deliveries – Warehouse (F7922) shows supplier information.
- Filtering inbound deliveries by receiving plant is currently not implemented in this app.
Resolution
- Note that, by design, the “Consignee” field shows supplier information in Manage Inbound Deliveries – Warehouse (F7922).
- Be aware that a standard filter or column to distinguish or filter inbound deliveries by receiving plant is not available in this app.
- If this capability is required, submit a feature request to have filtering by receiving plant implemented. Refer to the link in the See also section.
