3797926 - Distinguishing inbound deliveries by receiving plant when multiple plants are assigned to one warehouse in manage inbound deliveries (f7922), sap s/4hana cloud public edition

Symptom

  • Users need to separate inbound deliveries by receiving plant when multiple plants are assigned to a single warehouse.
  • In the Manage Inbound Deliveries – Warehouse (F7922) app, there is no way to filter or distinguish inbound deliveries by receiving plant.
  • The “Consignee” field/column displays supplier information in the app.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the Manage Inbound Deliveries – Warehouse (F7922) app.
  2. Apply a filter on Warehouse Number.
  3. Apply a filter on Planned Delivery Date.
  4. Observe that inbound deliveries for different receiving plants under the same warehouse cannot be distinguished or filtered by receiving plant, and that the “Consignee” field shows supplier information.

Cause

  • By design, the “Consignee” field in Manage Inbound Deliveries – Warehouse (F7922) shows supplier information.
  • Filtering inbound deliveries by receiving plant is currently not implemented in this app.

Resolution

  1. Note that, by design, the “Consignee” field shows supplier information in Manage Inbound Deliveries – Warehouse (F7922).
  2. Be aware that a standard filter or column to distinguish or filter inbound deliveries by receiving plant is not available in this app.
  3. If this capability is required, submit a feature request to have filtering by receiving plant implemented. Refer to the link in the See also section.
